Segmental assembly formwork system is a new type of non-standard machinery and equipment applied in precast of cantilever assembly segmental girders. Combining the experience in designing, manufacturing, and constructing bridge formwork in the past, Boyoun has developed and launched the automatic segmental box girder precast system of type BY1507 after type BY1203 and type BY1306. The segmental assembly formwork consists of five major parts: external formwork , bottom formwork, blocking system (fixed end formork and mobile end formork ), internal formwork and formwork trolley.
