The Camalaniugan Bridge in the Philippines is 1,580 meters in length. The main bridge is a two-main-span three-low-pylon cable-stayed bridge with a tower-beam-fixed and tower-pier-separated system of 82.5+2x157+82.5m. It adopts an inclined-web single-box single-cell box girder and is constructed by cantilever casting with Boyoun form traveler.
(1) The Boyoun engineers add wind loads to the structural calculations of the form travelers in the strong typhoon area of the Pacific Ocean to ensure their stability in strong winds. During the construction process, Boyoun's form travelers have withstood multiple large-scale typhoons, with stable structure and reliable quality.
(2) The beam type is a low-pylon cable-stayed bridge. There are concrete teeth blocks under the flange and concrete partition walls in the inner cavity. The hanging basket structure takes into account the local stress of concrete and is strengthened to increase stability.
(3) Some components are combined with the existing material configuration of the construction to reduce customer costs.
(4) The cantilever form traveler's main components are subjected to a tensile test before leaving the factory to ensure that the strength and stiffness meet design standards.
Once the bridge is opened to traffic, it will solve the problem of the lack of connecting roads between the east and west banks of the Cagayan River in the northern part of Cagayan Province, the Philippines. It will help connect the surrounding cities and the Ilocos Region. At the same time, it will also set a benchmark for the construction of the same type of bridges in the Philippines in the future. In the future, as the "Belt and Road Initiative" continues to deepen, Boyoun will seize opportunities and work together with domestic and foreign customers to continuously contribute to the global infrastructure cause!
