Description

The Tongchuan city Yuhuangge No. 2 Bridge and Leading Line Project PPP project starts at the intersection of the West Ring Road and Wenchang Road in Tongchuan New District, with a total length of 1897.5meters. The full bridge span design is (3x40) m+ (4x40) m+(4×50) m+(90+4×170+ 90) m+(4×50) m+(60+110+60) m+(3×40) m, of which the main bridge adopts prestressed concrete beam and arch combination continuous rigid frame, and the approach bridge prestressed concrete continuous rigid frames, precast prestressed concrete T-beams, and precast prestressed concrete box beams are used.

The main bridge box girder features a prestressed concrete variable-section split box with a full width of 41.6m and a 0.6m wide post-cast belt in the center. The maximum width of a single box is 20.5m, the bottom width is 10.95m, and the cross-section of a single box is a single cell. Boyoun supplied a total of 12 cantilever form traveler for this project.

Boyoun adopted a high load-bearing capacity design for the cantilever form traveler, which can accommodate higher construction needs due to its large section of the project site. At the same time, it improved the overall structure of the form traveler and improved the walking stability of the equipment.

To ensure project progress and construction safety, Boyoun conducts pulling tests on the product prior to using the form traveler. At the same time, in accordance with Boyoun's standardized services, it provides customers with comprehensive training on product usage, technical explanations, safety, assembly, and walking. On-site guidance on key links to help customers improve construction efficiency.
