Description

The Helong Super Bridge is located in Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province. This is a crucial and challenging control project located on the Sanglong section of the Zhangjiajie-Nanchong Expressway. The left line bridge is 1077m, and the right line bridge is 1077.906m. The main bridge is a concrete cable-stayed bridge with a span of 130+305+130 meters. The left and right lines are repaired and constructed using cantilever form traveler suspension pouring. 

The main span of the bridge is 305 meters, and the longest cantilevered block is 6 meters. This is a rare ultra-large concrete bridge with cantilever form traveler construction. The cross-section of the main beam adopts a single-box five-cell oblique web section. The center line of the standard section of the main beam is 3.5 meters high, the top plate is 29.2 meters wide, and the top surface is equipped with a 2% two-way cross slope.

Once the bridge is completed and opened to traffic, it will open up the main traffic artery from Sangzhi to Longshan. The travel time between the two places can be reduced to about 40 minutes, which will promote the coordinated and sustainable development of regional economic and social development.
