Description

The Bridge Crossing the Goupanghe of package 6 of the Tianjin-Weifang High-speed Railway is located in Yangxin County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province. The main bridge has a span of 32+48+32m concrete continuous beam, with a single-box single-cell structure, and is constructed by Boyoun form traveler cantilever casting method.

To enhance safety, all suspension systems without concrete penetration adopt steel slings and are connected by pin shafts. At the same time, the strength, stiffness, structural stability, anti-overturning capacity, etc. of the force-bearing components are calculated to ensure the smooth and secure operation of the form traveler under various working conditions.

To facilitate the construction progress of the project, Boyoun provides professional and continuous on-site services. Safety inspections are conducted irregularly during the use of the form traveler to ensure its smooth operation.
