Description

The Kunlun Bridge, located in Yangcheng County in Shanxi Province, spans Xiecheng Avenue and the Xi Xiaohu River, being the central component of the Sangtian Avenue Renovation Project. The span of the bridge is 427 meters, with a width of 37 meters, and its main bridge spans 55+100+55m. It is constructed using cantilever form travelers.

The main bridge structure is a 100-meter variant cross-section prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame with a single box double cells straight-web box girder. The box girder's top plate measures 18.24m, the bottom plate width is 10.49m, and the box girder wall at the pier is locally thickened. The cantilever form traveler is used for cast-in-situ construction, with the maximum weight of the casting girder segment standing at 244.2 tons.
