Description

The Lu River Expressway ridge is located in Liling City, Hunan Province, with a total length of 753meters. The main bridge is a prestressed reinforced concrete suspension casting with variable crosssection continuous box girder, divided into left and right widths, with a span of 56m+95m+56m.The main span of the superstructure is a single box and single chamber structure with a prestressed concrete variable cross-section continuous box girder, with a width of 16.75 meters and a cantileverength of 3.875 meters on both sides of the flange. This span is constructed using the cantilever form traveler cast-in-place process.

Boyoun provided many sets of cantilever formwork for this project, with both sides adopting acooperative leasing mode to reduce costs and shorten the time needed for the complete sets, ensuring progress in bridge construction. The right center span has been merged while the corresponding traveler system have been surrendered.

Despite the tight schedule and heavy workload, Boyoun completed the project with professionalismand efficiency, earning high praise from the project team and being awarded the honorary title of Convenient use of products, attentive after-sales service, and trustworthy big brands."

Upon completion and opening to traffic, the bridge project will alleviate traffic congestion in the ZhuLou section of the G60 Hukun Expressway, improving the highway network in Hunan Province andstrengthening economic ties between Hunan Province and the Yangtze River Delta, Yunnan, Guizhou,and other regions.
