Description

Binzhou Yellow River Fourth Bridge has a total length of 17.366 kilometers, with the main bridge at 5,029 meters. Its structure is a continuous steel structure and includes a main span of 1110 meters with a rare combination of 80+5×190+80. It is designed according to the standard of a two-way six-lane first-class highway, with a total investment of 2.897 billion yuan.

For this project, Boyoun provided 16 sets of cantilever form travellers . To maintain progress, we've fortified all aspects, from product quality assurance to technical support and after-sales service, to meet customer satisfaction and generate value.

2. Technical Support

1) We held numerous meetings with the project's chief engineer and technology center on the balanced form traveller design, ensuring accuracy.

2) Add up and down ladders to enhance convenience and safety.

3. Project Timeline

1) Primarily dedicated to the production of the Yellow River Fourth Bridge, we increase working hours to reduce delivery time. The peak construction stage can supply more than 100 tons per day.

2) We adopted the old sales+new processing model to ensure the construction time.

3) We actively guide installation and promptly address installation problems on site.

For many years, Binzhou urban construction has suffered from the crossing of the Yellow River. The completion of the fourth bridge will connect the banks of the Yellow River, facilitating urban "performing river and cross-river development." The southern extension of the project connects with the long deep high-speed section from Gaoxing to Guangrao, breaking through the Luzhong-Lubei barrier and accelerating Binzhou's integration into the provincial capital city economic circle.
