At the construction site of Chongping Railway's Na Xiao Double-line Extra Large Bridge, located over 20 kilometers from the Vietnam border, machines roar and various cranes and equipment are constantly running as workers orderly and tirelessly push forward the progress of cantilever form traveller construction on the bridge.

The Na Xiao Double-line Extra Large Bridge is located in Pingxiang City, Guangxi Province. It spans the G322 National Highway with (48+80+48) m continuous beam and balanced form traveller suspension pouring construction.

For this project, Boyoun provides form traveller formwork, form traveller rods, scaffolding, and safety protection products. Based on the client's needs and on-site conditions, Boyoun has developed comprehensive business, technical, and service plans, and through efficient collaboration with the project team, has overcome multiple challenges. At present, the cantilever form traveller has reached the section 6, and the closure of the bridge's joining is imminent.

Considering the large volume of traffic on the G322 National Highway, over which the bridge spans, a fully enclosed protection system has been installed on the cantilever forming traveller to ensure the safety of passing vehicles, pedestrians, and construction workers. The façade adopts assembled galvanized steel mesh, which is flexible, durable, and easy to assemble and disassemble.

The cantilever forming traveller utilizes a double-track walking system, which is more stable, rigid, and faster than traditional walking systems, and saves time. The reliable products and continuously professional on-site services have been unanimously recognized by the project team, and have been awarded the "Active Service Attitude, Reliable Product Quality" certificate of honor.

As a key project of the Chongping Railway, the Na Xiao Double-line Extra Large Bridge will accelerate the development of border areas and promote the economic development of the region, and has significant implications for building an important economic corridor between China and ASEAN countries and for promoting the Belt and Road Initiative.
