Description

Package 1 of the G309-S101 connecting line project, the Jinan-Guangzhou Expressway overpass, is located in Jinan City, Shandong Province. The full length of the prestressed concrete continuous box girder that spans the Jinan-Guangzhou Expressway is 260 meters. The construction span is 40+3x60+40m. It has a single-box three-cell section and is 25.5 meters wide. It is constructed by form travelers cantilever casting of Boyoun.

Due to the large width of the bridge, during the walking process of the form traveler, the supporting beam will produce large deflection deformation. At the same time, there are height limit requirements for bridges crossing expressways, so truss structures or reaction frame structures cannot be used for reinforcement. The technical engineers of Boyoun innovatively use the walking guide beam structure to solve the problem of the downward deflection of the supporting beam while meeting the height limit requirements.

To ensure the safety of construction personnel and passing vehicles and personnel, the form traveler is equipped with a fully enclosed protection system, as the bridge needs to span two roads and the traffic volume is high. The facade adopts assembled galvanized steel wire mesh, with flexible window opening and convenient loading and unloading.
