Description

The Shending River Bridge is a crucial control project located in the Xunyang District of Shiyan City. The bridge has a total length of 612 meters and features a dual-carriageway design with a single lane width of 18.25 meters. The bridge's span is arranged in 2x40m+(50+2x90+50)m+3x40m+3×40m. Notably, the 50-meter and 90-meter spans are constructed as continuous rigid frames using cantilever form traveller for concrete pouring.

During the construction of this project, Boyoun provided multiple sets of cantilever form travellers. To ensure smooth concreting during the joint closure phase, strict control measures were implemented for various processes, including formwork installation, steel reinforcement binding, concrete pouring, and prestressing tendon tensioning and grouting. The entire construction process was closely monitored to ensure successful joint operations closure. Boyoun also assigned professional engineers to monitor progress and provide technical guidance, ensuring safe and efficient formwork construction.
