Description

The Tuojiang Mega Bridge on the Chengdu-Dazhou-Wanzhou High-Speed Railway is located in Ziyang City, Sichuan Province. The total length of the bridge is 1606.054 meters. It is a crucial control project for the entire Chengda-Wanzhou High-speed Railway.The main bridge over the Tuojiang River is a concrete rigid frame cable-stayed bridge with a span of (42+109+320+109+42) meters, with a tower-pier-beam consolidation system.

The cantilever segments of the bridge's concrete box girder are constructed using symmetrical cantilever formwork, while the mid-span is constructed by joining steel box girders. This requires the cantilever formwork to meet the requirements for concrete girder casting and steel girder installation. 1. Traveling system: The track features a long double-rail lightweight design, with the front sliding support and anti-reversing wheel adopting a roller design, combined with long-stroke traveling cylinders, making the travel process more efficient and stable. At the same time, the anti-reversing wheel adopts a double-row roller anti-reversing system and an added anti-capsize system to ensure safer traveling.

2. Main truss structure: Since the continuous beam is a single-box double-cell structure, resulting in the heaviest pouring block being 516.94 tons and the steel and concrete section being 795 tons. The design team uses welded box-shaped members and higher-strength Q355 material to meet the strength and stiffness requirements. At the same time, the mid-diagonal brace structure was added to ensure the safety of lifting the steel and concrete section.

3. Lifting of the steel box girder: After constructing the casting section, the formwork system can be converted into a steel girder lifting system on-site. With intelligent lifting jacks, the lifting speed can reach 8-10m/h, which is efficient and safe. At the same time, the design of special jacks is equipped with X and Y coordinate translation and fine adjustment systems, ensuring the accuracy of the steel girder installation.
