Description

The Xiaojiaba Bridge is located in Cangxi County, Sichuan Province, with a length of 440 meters and a width of 31.8 meters. The main bridge is a 180+94+56m single-tower double-cable-plane prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge, constructed with underslung form traveler cantilever pouring. The main body of the underslung form traveler truss adopts the structure of two longitudinal beams and two cross beams.

The component materials are all made of steel Q355 and box structure. The front cross beam adopts a reinforced structure to prevent deflection for large spans.

To meet the needs of on-site construction and the backward movement requirements of customers, 

the traveling method adopts a C-shaped hook+reverse-top wheel structure and uses an intelligent control hydraulic traveling system to make the traveling smoother. The inner mold system adopts an arch structure form combined with an intelligent lifting hydraulic system, making formwork removal and assembly on-site more efficient and convenient.

Before leaving the factory, the form travelers are pre-assembled and thoroughly tested for various parameters to ensure smooth construction on-site.

Before assembling the form traveler, Boyoun engineering team conducted a thorough technical briefing to ensure the product's safety during use. At the same time, on-site guidance is provided for crucial links such as the assembly and lifting of the form traveler to ensure the construction progress of the project.

At present, the first section pouring of the underslung form traveler has been completed and it has moved smoothly.

Boyoun will work with the project construction team to complete the bridge closure as soon as possible and contribute to improving traffic and urban economic development in Cangxi.
