Tianhekou Hanjiang Highway Bridge is located in Shiyan City, Hubei Province, with a total length of 539.4m, and the longitudinal layout of the bridge span is 1X45m (T-beam) + (220+70+40+41.6)m (single-tower concrete cable-stayed bridge) + 3X40m (T-beam) ), with a main span of 220m and a full cross-section width of 22.5m, ranks third in the country and is the largest single-span spatial double-cable-plane single-tower prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge on the Han River. The main bridge is constructed using the underslung form traveler.

The Tianhekou-Hanjiang Highway Bridge has a service life of 100 years and can withstand a magnitude 11 storm, magnitude 8 earthquake, and the impact of 500-ton ships during severe floods. After the completion of the bridge, it will be of great significance in improving the road network structure in the Yunxi region, improving regional traffic conditions, building the Hanjiang River ecological economic zone, developing the tourism economy, implementing the targeted poverty alleviation strategy in the Qinba area, and promoting local economic and social development.
