Description

The Pak Lay Mekong River Bridge is located in the middle reaches of the Mekong River in Laos. This is a crucial bridge across the Mekong River on the access road to the Pak Lay Hydropower Station. It is also the only passage that connects the two banks during the construction and operation period of the hydropower station. The bridge is 567 meters long and features a (88+2x160+103+45) meter continuous rigid frame and cantilever form traveler casting construction.

Boyoun has provided four sets of cantilever form travelers for the Mekong River Bridge project. The first set of cantilever form traveler completed the preloading on May 12th, and the final capping pouring of the pier table of pier column 2 was completed on May 13. 

At present, the adjustment of the bottom form elevation of the form traveler of pier column  1 has been completed, and the other three sets of form travelers have been stored separately according to the pier number.
